The flat rate delivery charge will depend upon the method of shipment that you choose. We ship orders to most destinations all over the world with flat rate delivery charge per one destination.

1) Via Registered Air Mail
We appreciate having two full business days to process your order before shipping it.

For privacy reasons all delivery parcels are unmarked and come in standard protective padded bags.
2) Via Express Mail Service (traceable)
EMS parcels are delivered to most countries of the world except for Sweden, Germany, Norway, South Africa and Indonesia. Therefore express delivery of orders to these destinations is not available; please choose delivery by registered air mail.
When choosing the shipping method, take into account that although registered air mail takes more time, it normally causes fewer problems when clearing customs. Therefore we recommend using registered air mail services. Express mail parcels are more likely to be searched in customs which is the major cause of all international delivery delays. It is also possible that you won't be notified about the package delivery. In case the package is overdue, contact your customs office for it may be held there waiting for a payment of duty or a signature.
We will do all the paperwork needed for fast processing, but we have no influence over how long it will take for your order to clear the customs. We also bear no responsibility for customs fees and VAT.

Order cancellation, returning your funds
You can only cancel the order via email before it is shipped.
